I strongly believe in losing weight by simply changing the way you view yourself. The better you feel about yourself, the better will your body work and the more weight you will lose.

1. Drink herbal tea. Use an herbal teabag to make some herbal tea. Keep in the fridge for a while so it is nice and cool.
